Arvle Knight has been an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Desert Showcase in Peoria, Arizona, since 2007. He has been a licensed REALTOR in Arizona since 2002 and a Commercial Broker since 2004. He presently oversees all commercial sales and leasing transactions for RE/MAX Desert Showcase. The RE/MAX DS team of experts provides Certified Commercial Real Estate Investment Consultation and Advisory Services. Activities include NATIONWIDE searches and referrals for and acquisition of commercial properties and land including distressed, short sale, and foreclosed properties. Arvle is a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS), a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

We also assist business owners in locating and LEASING office, retail, land, and industrial space in the state of Arizona.

Current clients include The Arizona District Assemblies of God, State Farm Insurance Agents, Ceragem, The Freight Yard, Rulon Financial Services, Arizona Water Company, and the Native American Community Health Services. RE/MAX DS currently has specialists in church properties, office buildings, office condos, industrial flex space, and multi-family investments.

Personal Bio

Arvle has been a credentialed minister and pastor with the General Council of the Assemblies of God for over 35 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Nazarene University in Communications, Bible, and Education. He earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Literature from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri.

Arvle and his wife Beverly started at new church, Destiny Church A/G,  in north Glendale , in October 2002. In February 2011, the church merged with Carefree Church in Cave Creek, AZ. For more information see the new church website at www.CarefreeChurch.com

Arvle and Beverly have been married for 37 years and have one daughter, Marcy, who lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband Tony and their two grandsons, Hayden and Ryan, and their granddaughter MacKenzie. Beverly is a Registered Nurse working in Renal Dialysis at Maricopa County Hospital. Arvle enjoys golf with friends while Beverly finds her favorite sport is “shopping.” The couple enjoys eating out and travel with family and friends.
